What You’ll Do

• Operate and closely monitor industrial mixers for peak performance.
• Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients per established recipes and batch sheets.
• Run in-process quality checks to ensure uniformity and product standards.
• Keep the mixing zone clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Complete routine maintenance and first-line troubleshooting on mixing equipment.
• Coordinate with team members to hit production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at every step.
