**SALARY: **$100,000-120,000 plus discretionary bonus

Job Description

· Ability to travel throughout NC, SC, VA & GA based on project location need.

· Provide oversight for all aspects of the assigned construction project.

· Responsible for site safety and adherence to OSHA standards and specific client/site requirements.

· Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the construction process.

· Develop and manage project schedules.

· Manage subcontractors’ performances and relationships.

· Maintain daily safety and activity documentation for all field activities.

· Coordinate and manage weekly onsite subcontractor coordination meetings.

· Maintain a clean and efficient job site.

· Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to the project budget.

· Responsible for project quality and compliance with project drawings and specifications.

· Basic technology and computer skills (MS Office).

Preferred Skills

· 3-5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.

· Ability to travel throughout NC, SC, VA & GA based on project location need.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.

· OSHA 10- & 30-hour certification.
