As an Industrial Control Technician, you'll troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, automation controls, and manufacturing equipment. You'll work closely with the maintenance and production teams to keep operations safe, reliable, and efficient.

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Control Technician, you will be responsible for

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and replacing industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, and control components

• Diagnosing equipment issues involving PLCs and automated systems

• Performing basic PLC and Operator Interface System programming adjustments

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley drives, motor controls, and electrical distribution equipment

• Reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A high school diploma or GED, plus technical training or hands-on experience in PLCs, industrial controls, or electrical systems

• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment, automation systems, and motor controls

• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs, RSLogix software, and variable frequency drives

• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-conscious approach
