Job Description

Lead the Field. Shape the Outcome.

As the senior electrical authority on our industrial jobsites, you orchestrate people, plans, and progress. Picture your day: you arrive early, review drawings and schedules, confirm manpower and materials, and host a safety huddle that sets the tone. By mid-morning you’re coordinating with project managers and clients, sequencing tasks to hit milestones, and walking the site to verify compliance with NEC, OSHA, and MSHA (as applicable). When conflicts arise, you resolve them—constructability, logistics, or quality—keeping productivity high and teams focused. In the afternoon, you mentor foremen, validate inspection readiness, and tighten the plan for tomorrow. Before you leave, you document progress, report incidents or near misses, and align resources for the next push.
