    What You'll Need

    • 3–5 years of verifiable experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
    • Hands-on experience with PLCs, AC/DC drive systems, and industrial automation platforms
    • Working knowledge of NFPA 70E and electrical safety compliance standards
    • Ability to read color-coded wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
    • Proficiency with hand/power tools, test meters, and diagnostic equipment
    • Experience using a CMMS for work order tracking
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a formal Electrician Apprenticeship or Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology preferred
    • Experience in compounding, extrusion, or chemical processing environments is a strong plus
    • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
    • Physically capable of sustained floor work: standing, climbing, lifting, kneeling, and working at heights
