Job Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer with strong shopfloor experience in Lean Manufacturing, time studies, line balancing, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing productivity improvements in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Study assembly lines and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities using Lean principles.
• Perform time studies, elemental breakdowns, video time studies, and VA/NVA/RNVA analysis.
• Develop current-state and future-state line balancing.
• Conduct Muri analysis, capacity analysis, and baseline current production performance.
• Develop Value Stream Maps (VSM) and identify bottlenecks, waste, and process inefficiencies.
• Identify productivity and process improvement opportunities and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Develop and update standard work instructions and video work instructions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for quality issues, defects, downtime, and process failures.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop corrective actions and detailed improvement implementation plans.
• Support fixture design based on manufacturing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Shopfloor/manufacturing experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Time Study and Line Balancing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
