Position: Industrial & Manufacturing Engineers (Must own MacBook)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$50–$60/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Complete and narrate real industrial and manufacturing engineering tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
  • Evaluate and improve AI model performance using process, operations, and production engineering workflows.
  • Utilize process design, lean/Six Sigma, and production planning to enhance model outputs.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
  • Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with process design, lean/Six Sigma, production planning, quality control, or supply chain analysis.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or have 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
