Industrial Field EngineerBuild Whats Next with JamarAt a GlanceEmployment Type Full-TimeNon-ExemptLocation On-SiteGreen Bay WITravel 50-75 to local and regional project sites and customer locations.Required Experience Bachelors degree OR 4 years of experienceSchedule Standard full-time schedule. Work hours may include 8-to-10 hour days and weekend work to support project deadlines workload and operational requirements.Benefits Start First of the month following 20 calendar days from date of hire.What Youll DoMaintain knowledge of and consistently adhere to all company and customer safety standards requirements and policies.Prepare bid packages and other project documentation as required including purchase orders submittals and related paperwork.Develop project schedules submittals material lists and as-built drawings.Assist with cost estimating and proposal preparation.Perform document control functions in accordance with project site policies and procedures including creating and tracking RFIs transmitting and tracking submittals and supporting field personnel with document follow-through. Assist with project documentation and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle including billings WIP reporting and other financial and performance measures.Research and interpret technical engineering information to help ensure compliance with engineering standards codes specifications and design requirements.Assist in evaluating potential field issues and identifying solutions escalating recommendations to the Project Manager or Superintendent for review documentation and final resolution.Collaborate effectively with field personnel other trades and customers to support successful project execution.Provide support during all phases of a project and perform other duties as assigned.What Were Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Construction Management Engineering or related field of study OR four years or more of related experience supporting industrial commercial or service projects is required.Strong technical aptitude and advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word and PowerPoint Microsoft Project and experience with iPads and iPhones.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively schedule and coordinate projects to meet established deadlines.Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers license.BenefitsThis position is eligible for profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
