Industrial HVAC Field Supervisor

Up to $45/HR + SIGN-ON BONUS | No Travel | No Residential Work

D&L LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to join our growing team in the Cayce/Columbia, SC area!

We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead field operations in a commercial and industrial HVAC environment. This role is perfect for someone who knows the equipment, understands the demands of the jobsite, and can keep projects moving while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and controls issues
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Mon - Fri work, no travel
• Work safely and represent our company with pride
• Accurately document serviced work, parts used and recommendations

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ Years of HVAC Service experience
• Supervisory or Crew Lead Experience
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
• EPA Universal (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (Required)
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Able to communicate with the customer on findings & recommendations
