WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an Industrial Insulation Installer, you'll use your hands-on experience to install various types of insulation in industrial environments. You'll work alongside a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Installing various types of insulation in industrial settings.
- Working with different insulation materials and installation techniques.
- Supporting industrial service projects and assigned work.
- Completing tasks safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Working with team members to complete projects.
- Learning additional trades and industrial service skills as needed.
- Participating in emergency and after-hours work when assigned to the On-Call List.
- Traveling to other work locations as needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Qualified candidates should have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any form of insulation installation.
- Knowledge of insulation materials and installation methods.
- Willingness to learn new trades and expand your skill set.
- A reliable, responsible, and safety-focused work ethic.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Availability Monday–Friday, with potential 10-hour shifts.
- Flexibility for occasional weekend and night shift work.
- Willingness to participate in emergency after-hours On-Call work when required.
- Ability to travel as needed.
