Industrial Maintenance/Electrical Mechanic

West Erie welding company is hiring a full-time Industrial Maintenance/Electrical Mechanic for 1st shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM). You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, machinery, and company buildings and grounds, performing preventative maintenance and electrical troubleshooting to keep production safe and efficient. Pay is up to $28.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.

• Assist with machinery installation, setup, and adjustments.

• Complete general building and grounds repairs.

• Follow all safety procedures and document maintenance work.

Qualifications and Skills 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience maintaining or repairing manufacturing equipment.

• Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.

• Knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, and electrical controls is beneficial.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to work safely at elevated heights.

• Must wear steel toe boots.
