About the Role
Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Technician to support electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a stable manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems, read schematics and blueprints, perform repairs, and help maintain reliable production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in manufacturing equipment.
- Design and test minor electrical control circuits and machine-control systems.
- Install electrical and electronic controls by reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, conduit, wiring, motors, transformers, and related equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment problems and replace defective components as needed.
- Troubleshoot electrical power and water distribution systems.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance activities.
- Inspect installed electrical equipment for safety hazards, required adjustments, and potential replacement.
- Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical components.
- Use appropriate electrical testing instruments, tools, and equipment to diagnose system issues.
- Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and document work orders.
- Work independently and support other maintenance team members as directed by the Group Leader.
- Follow all safety, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of related industrial maintenance or electrical experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuits.
- Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical power and water distribution systems.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to use a CMMS to search for parts and manage maintenance work orders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical & Employment Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, sitting, and manual-dexterity tasks.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, including a baseline lifting test of at least 50 pounds.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Schedule
Option 1 – 2nd Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
Option 2 – Weekend Nights:
Friday–Sunday, 4:00 PM–4:00 AM
