Maintenance Lead
Location: Montgomery, NYShift: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $38.00–$45.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential (11:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations in a high-volume distribution center. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and maximize operational uptime.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
- Assist with workforce planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors.
- Conduct maintenance audits.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance leadership experience
- CMMS experience
- Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
