Location: Kent, WA (on-site) Pay: $30-$50/hour DOE Shift: 12 days on / 2 days off — 8-hour shifts (see options below) Type: Full-time, direct hire — union position (Teamsters Local 117)

About the RoleAn established industrial wire manufacturer in the Kent, WA area is hiring an electrical maintenance technician to keep production machinery running. You'll install, modify, repair, and program electrical systems and components on industrial equipment. Full-time, direct-hire union role with strong benefits and a team that values safety and quality.

Shift Options

• 1st: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• 3rd: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Install power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipment
• Connect and disconnect power supply wiring
• Troubleshoot transformers, motors, control boards, and other equipment
• Replace faulty electrical components
• Work with coworkers and supervisors to diagnose equipment failures
• Follow all safety regulations and keep a clean work area

What You Need

• Previous experience as a maintenance electrician
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and up to 480V (no license required)
• Able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Mill or heavy-industrial experience a plus
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and physical screenings
