Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Middleville, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $34/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Troubleshoot and repair unexpected mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures
- Perform preventative maintenance and machinery repairs to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Install functional and structural components on industrial equipment
- Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to support production goals
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment
- Repair and maintain roll formers, industrial welding systems, robotic systems, conveyor systems, and laser cutters
- Work with pneumatic pick-and-place robotic systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Machine Repair Journeyman Card OR a minimum of 8 years of verifiable hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
- Equipment experience preferred: roll formers, industrial welding systems, robotic systems, pneumatic pick-and-place robots, conveyor systems and laser cutters etc.
