Industrial Manufacturing Operator — Aerospace

Your mission

Own your station. Master the standard work. Deliver quality. You’ll receive full training to operate production equipment and carry out hands-on operations that meet strict customer specifications.

• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and detailed work instructions
• Operate and monitor production equipment (training provided)
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized area
• Support your team to achieve daily output goals

Pay and schedule

Hourly Pay: $26.52

You must be able to work all available shifts:

• 1st Shift - 6:45AM – 2:45PM
• 2nd Shift - 2:45PM – 10:45PM
• 3rd Shift - 10:45PM – 6:45PM
• Weekend Crew - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon – 6:45AM – 6:45PM, 6:45PM – 6:45AM, 10:45AM – 10:45PM, 10:45PM – 10:45AM

What it takes

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience; manufacturing experience is not required—we’ll teach you
• Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Dependable, safety-minded, and quick to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and following instructions
