Your Mission

• Translate measurements into accurate cuts using a tape measure and cutting tools.
• Run essential hand and power tools—drills, hammers, table saws—to shape components.
• Contribute to the fabrication and assembly of metal products for architectural use.
• Move, lift, and position heavy materials across the shop floor safely.
• Adhere to work instructions and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.
• Check finished pieces to confirm quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Keep tools organized and your area clean to maintain flow.
• Pitch in on additional fabrication/manufacturing tasks as needed.

What Sets You Up for Success

• Background in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or similar is preferred.
• Competence with measuring tapes, drills, hammers, table saws, and related tools.
• Comfort working with metal and routinely handling heavy materials.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout a full shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Consistent, safe, and efficient work style in a high-tempo setting.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting and movement of heavy materials.
• Standing for prolonged periods while operating equipment.
