Step onto a production floor in Elgin or Bartlett and imagine this: your second- or third-shift team counts on you to keep sophisticated lines humming. You start your shift reviewing the board for open work orders—one is a packaging conveyor running hot, another a VFD fault on a mixer. With a toolkit that spans wrenches to multimeters, you move from root-cause diagnosis to efficient repair, getting operations back on track and preventing the next interruption before it happens.
TekPro partners with established manufacturing companies in the Elgin and Bartlett areas to hire experienced maintenance professionals for full-time, direct-hire roles.
