Industrial Security Professional

Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS) is currently seeking an Industrial Security Professional to join our team in Huntsville, AL. at the AMS Corporate Facility.

The Industrial Security Professional will support all FSO activities and responsibilities in 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM compliance. Responsibilities include the maintenance and oversight of personnel security, physical security, document control, subcontractor management, DD Form 254s and counterintelligence. In addition, the candidate will support and maintain site and program security plans, processes, and procedures.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Management of access control systems and physical security measures for open storage areas.
• Manage visit requests, personnel security inquiries and eAPP initiations.
• Oversees classified visitor and meeting activities.
• Assists in Security Education and Awareness (SETA) development, initiatives, and presentations.
• Supports program management in security compliance, documentation, and guidance.
• Stays apprised of new regulations and security developments.
• Investigate and report security incidents and implement corrective actions as required.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to protect classified assets.
• Support maintenance of physical security systems, office protection, contingency plans, and emergency response.

Required Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of security related experience.

Must possess and maintain an Active DoD Secret clearance.

Knowledge in 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM and other DoD Security Directives.

Strong communications skills, both oral and written.

Must be focused with a high attention to detail.

Must be a US-Only citizen.
