Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations for an assigned commercial or industrial project. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, schedules, site logistics, and quality control. Lead the jobsite while maintaining a safe, organized, productive, and professional environment. Partner closely with the Project Manager, Project Executive, design team, and client throughout the project. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep the project on schedule and aligned with budget and quality expectations. Serve as a professional representative of Oliver Construction with owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project partners.

The successful applicant will have commercial construction Superintendent experience with the ability to independently run $2M+ projects. Experience with ground-up construction, additions, or major commercial renovations is required. Industrial construction experience is highly valued, particularly manufacturing, distribution, or facility expansion work. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining positive working relationships are essential. Even-keeled, polished, and professional personality with the presence to represent Oliver confidently in front of clients and project partners is required.

$110K-$125K base salary, with flexibility toward $140K for an exceptional candidate. One-project focus: own your jobsite rather than being stretched across multiple projects. Company truck, gas card, phone, and iPad. 401(k) with 3% safe harbor + 3% profit sharing, plus strong health insurance. Annual bonus opportunity, typically around 10% and potentially up to 25%, alongside the opportunity to grow with an established Wisconsin contractor entering its next stage of growth.
