    • Create and maintain digital twin models and CAD-based facility layouts that support manufacturing design, equipment integration, and future expansion.
    • Analyze manufacturing scenarios to identify process improvements, validate engineering assumptions, and support data-driven decision making.
    • Design and optimize material flow strategies involving conveyors, AGVs/AMRs, warehousing, buffering, and production routing.
    • Lead manufacturing infrastructure planning for utilities including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, network connectivity, and dust collection.
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Automation, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Project Management, and equipment suppliers to support capital projects and facility improvements.
    • Participate in equipment layout reviews, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and production startup activities.
    • Develop engineering standards, simulation governance, documentation practices, and best practices for digital modeling.
    • Present engineering recommendations, dashboards, and technical findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance through simulation, systems engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • 5–7 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, facility design, systems engineering, simulation, or infrastructure planning.
