Your Job

Are you ready to elevate your marketing expertise and lead at the intersection of strategy and execution? Do you have a passion for driving content development for well established and emerging markets alike?

At Molex, marketing is fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly evolving. We''re a team that loves what we do, enjoys solving complex challenges together, and isn''t afraid to test new ideas in pursuit of creating value for our customers. If you''re looking for an opportunity where your strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership can make a tangible impact, we invite you to help shape our future.

As our Industry Marketing Manager, you''ll play a key role in driving some of Molex''s most important growth opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to guide your industry focus areas, shaping content strategy, taking initiative, and driving impactful execution with an ownership mindset. Working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, engineering, and product management, you''ll craft and lead marketing and sales enablement content programs that deliver customer value, increase discoverability, equip frontline teams, and strengthen Molex''s position as a trusted leader in the electronics industry.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Audience Focus

  • Drive the creation of content that influences design engineers, technical buyers, and other key decision-makers at every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Manage and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports key audiences, including collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute marketing and sales enablement content programs.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to distill complex technical information to craft clear, concise industry and application messaging as well as input briefs that enable the creation of high-quality marketing and customer-facing sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify content gaps across the buyer journey, creating high-impact enablement tools that empower field teams.

Execution & Creative Workflow

  • Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate market research, streamline brainstorming, and draft structured creative input briefs for external partners and internal creative resources.
  • Manage the creation, reviews, and approvals of industry, application, and sales enablement content-including industry and application web pages, blog posts, technical papers, customer pitch decks, and commercial sales collateral that reflect Molex's understanding of core customer challenges, required capabilities, and specific solutions that deliver value.
  • Collaborate with creative services, writers, designers, and technical team members to deliver content and sales enablement deliverables while balancing competing priorities and alignment expectations.
  • Craft clear input briefs that deliver strategic focus for creative partners while driving efficient content execution.
  • Take on minor copywriting, editing, and rapid-response projects in support of quick-turn sales enablement content delivery.

Optimization & Program Management

  • Develop content strategies that align with modern Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices, ensuring technical content ranks effectively and powers AI-driven answer engines.
  • Monitor the progress of industry marketing programs to ensure that key milestones are reached according to the project timeline, moving initiatives forward with a strong bias for action.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on content performance and program effectiveness to continuously refine messaging, optimize asset usage, and improve overall marketing ROI.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 3+ years experience developing, leading, and managing industry-focused marketing content programs, sales enablement content initiatives, product marketing programs, or similar B2B marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating sales collateral, presentation decks, and commercial enablement tools for complex technical solutions.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, seamlessly navigating ambiguity and shifting stakeholder expectations while leaning into new and complex industry challenges.
  • Demonstrates a pragmatic, action-oriented approach to craft compelling industry, application, and value-proposition messaging that resonates with design engineers, procurement personas, and commercial teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise B2B marketing and sales enablement programs or campaigns within the electronics, connector, or contract manufacturing industries.
  • Proven success building sales enablement assets (such as industry overview decks, reference guides, and solution briefs) that accelerate customer conversations and shorten sales cycles.
  • Solid foundation in SEO and AEO principles, combining hands-on experience using AI models for workflow efficiency with a track record of structuring technical B2B content to maximize visibility across search engines and AI discovery platforms.
