The Learning Experience is looking for a nurturing, patient, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, loving, and nurturing classroom environment
  
  
• Provide attentive, responsive care while following each infant’s individual needs and routines
  
  
• Implement our L.E.A.P.® curriculum through age-appropriate activities, play, music, and sensory experiences
  
  
• Support important developmental milestones
  
  
• Build strong, trusting relationships with infants and their families
  
  
• Keep parents connected to their child’s day, including feedings, naps, diapering, activities, and milestones
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing standards
  
  
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for caring for infants
  
  
• Patient, nurturing, attentive, and dependable
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• 6+ months of professional childcare experience required
  
  
• One year or more of experience preferred
  
  
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred
  
  
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
