About the Role:
Join our nurturing team at Little Dreamers Learning Center Inc as an Infant Teacher, where you will create a safe and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of infants and their families in Montgomery, AL.



Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants' developmental milestones.
• Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants to explore and grow.
• Monitor and document each child's progress and developmental needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning environment.
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and health standards.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
