Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher - Gambrills, MD

We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teacher’s Assistant to join our team! This individual will support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and provide a safe, engaging environment for children.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits

• 45-hour certifications in:

• Child Growth and Development
• Preschool Curriculum
• Infant-Toddler

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of child development stages (social, emotional, intellectual)

• Commitment to ongoing professional development

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage in physical activities (bend, squat, dance, run, etc.)

• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
