Responsibilities:
- Run an A+ Operation
- Hire, train and lead your dream team
- Ensure every fan experience is friendly, fresh and fast
- Manage financial performance
- Grow catering
- Harmonize with mobile operations
- Ensure excellent health & safety standards
Qualifications:
- Age requirement: 21+
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational, teaching and communication skills
- Competent with math, inventory systems, and spreadsheets
- Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work when necessary
- Food Manager Certification
