Information Technology and Applications - Data Analyst

Location: Hayward, California (On-site)

Role Overview

The Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate data entry to support the operational effectiveness of the logistics team. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity by processing goods receipts, resolving discrepancies, and serving as a liaison between the Logistics Inventory Planning team and the Logistics Warehouse team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate Goods Receipts in enterprise systems for incoming part shipments upon arrival, ensuring correct purchase order and PO line matching.
• Coordinate stock transfer orders from one location to another, ensuring accurate inventory movements and timely support for production and service requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve receiving errors in enterprise software to maintain high data accuracy.
• Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, and material planning to verify shipping documents and ensure all required paperwork is complete.
• Process internal system requests for parts, ensuring compliance with established testing allocations and operational guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to data accuracy, receiving processes, and system integration across related platforms.
• Travel up to 10% may be required, including international travel.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent operational background; coursework in logistics or data systems is beneficial.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in data entry, logistics support, or related operational fields.

Technical Skills: Proven ability to input data quickly and accurately; strong attention to detail; hands-on experience with SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar enterprise inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP inventory software.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or other complex production environments.
• Background in inventory control or materials planning.
