Information Technology Application Support Analyst IV

Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00per hr.
Our client needs a seeking a hybrid Technical Support and Delivery Coordination professional who will act as a cross-team facilitator responsible for removing blockers, coordinating technical issue resolution, and ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met across multiple engineering teams. This is not a hands-on engineering role but requires strong technical fluency in cloud-native environments and enterprise systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-team technical issues and delivery blockers
- Act as a central point of contact for issue escalation and resolution tracking
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams to resolve production and application issues
- Facilitate incident investigation (e.g., performance degradation, memory issues) by routing to appropriate teams
- Work with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace) at a triage and coordination level
- Manage compliance and governance workflows with audit and risk teams
- Ensure required documentation, submissions, and approvals are completed
- Track dependencies across multiple teams and drive accountability for resolution
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven (7) years of related experience
- Or High School Diploma and eleven (11) years of experience
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with container-based systems (OpenShift or similar)
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
- Ability to coordinate technical investigations without performing deep coding/debugging
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- .NET environment familiarity (not required)
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and audit processes
