[Responsibilities]

• Analyze and optimize business and technical processes to develop or improve information processing systems
• Collaborate with business units to gather and define requirements for new technology initiatives
• Represent business needs to IT teams, developing comprehensive business cases for system development
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to determine system requirements and control mechanisms
• Evaluate and implement solutions for financial systems, e-commerce tools, and workflow enhancements

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Proficient in SAP and Hyperion with hands-on system/application experience
• Strong background in financial systems and business process analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Project and MS Visio
• Minimum 10 years' professional experience in business process analysis
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to interact across organizational levels

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
