[Responsibilities]

• Develop and execute clear, integrated communication strategies to promote the 1LMX platform.
• Design compelling visual content and graphics to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Create audience-focused messaging for internal and external channels, including press releases, speeches, articles, websites, presentations, and multimedia assets.
• Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership to ensure consistency and clarity across all communications.
• Reinforce the 1LMX value proposition to drive stakeholder engagement and platform adoption.
• Measure communication effectiveness and continuously optimize messaging and materials.

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Proven expertise in designing high-impact graphics and multimedia content.
• Strong background in translating technical concepts into accessible, engaging language.
• Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
