Information Technology/Developer

Summary:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Work Mode: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic initiatives to improve customer experience in the development and administration of systems and tools on the Salesforce platform.
• Apply skills as a seasoned technologist with a full understanding of industry practices, community standards, and relevant policies and procedures.
• Resolve a wide range of issues and demonstrate competency in selecting tools, methods, and techniques to obtain results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
• Deep understanding of current Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices.
• Experience with administration and development on Core Platform, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), and various Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with architecting complex Service Cloud-based solutions involving integration between multiple systems.
• Project management experience working closely with project managers and team leads on large, complex projects.
• Experience with Mulesoft integrations and building out Operational Data Stores (ODS).
• Development experience with CSS, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and other programming languages.
• Advanced skills in software design, modification, implementation, and deployment, including object-oriented programming concepts.
• Ability to create and document business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate between end-users, business analysts, and technical/functional experts.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
