Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and lead user research studies-including interviews and heuristic evaluations-to inform critical design decisions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights, personas, and scenarios for design and business teams.
• Present research results and recommendations, advocating for user-centric approaches across internal stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate research logistics, including recruiting participants and planning studies, in partnership with research leads and business teams.
• Collaborate closely with design professionals and customers to build empathy and inform product strategies.
• Support and promote human-centered research methodologies and best practices throughout the organization.
• Adapt research activities to align with evolving business goals, shifting priorities, and project timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Human Factors, Information Science, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX Research, UX Design, Product Design, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research impact and business results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead user research initiatives and translate insights into user-centered solutions.
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Miro, UserTesting, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, or comparable platforms.
• Deep understanding of usability, accessibility guidelines, and interaction design principles.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience contributing within Agile or product-focused teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Design, or related discipline.
• Experience designing for enterprise software, SaaS platforms, industrial systems, or complex workflows.
• Expertise in mixed-method research and statistical analysis.
• Experience managing large research programs and mentoring UX professionals.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.
