Description
XMSTART is looking to add an experienced and strategic full-time Information Technology Manager to join our team, in Chantilly, VA. This position is 100% Onsite.
The Customer requires a highly organized and detailed-oriented Information Technology Manager to maintain and administer the SED enterprise web presence for the Systems Engineering Directorate (SED). This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to mission-critical operations.
Requirements
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
Education:
Associates degree required
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of relevant experience
Experience with SharePoint and JAVA/HTML
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver and manage the Directorates' web presence, to include but not limited to act as the administrator and content POC for data and web-related user roles and privileges
Serve as the content manager by updating, delivering, and maintaining website content including, but not limited to, entering new content, reviewing and updating existing content within the websites, tools and databases; and producing reports as directed.
Identify, assess, and incorporate requirements, the Concept of Operations and operating manual updates for versioning of the websites, tools, and databases
Review, comment, and make recommendations on the Directorates' compliance with applicable customer web policies, standards, and guidelines. Additionally, notify the Government of any discrepancies or violations and recommend solutions/fixes

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex actions and adhere to tight deadlines
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
