You will be the go-to expert for servicing and resolving tickets from the Autotime system, with opportunities to develop innovative fixes for core business challenges. This role starts with robust training and transitions to include on-call responsibilities, providing exposure to high-priority issues and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and resolve support tickets from the Autotime system, delivering timely and effective solutions.
• Develop and implement fixes for business-critical tickets, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and business teams to ensure rapid ticket resolution and process improvements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, supporting after-hours and weekend business needs, including scheduled job verifications.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years as a Software Engineer in enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Autotime, Service Central, Springboot, Angular, Python, SQL, Openshift, and Control-M.
• Proven track record of resolving support tickets and developing application fixes in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call support rotations, including evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of ticketing workflows and enterprise scheduling systems.
• Previous experience in high-availability or mission-critical environments.
