Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist Level Two to provide Tier 2 technical support for end-user systems, applications, hardware, and network connectivity in a secure Federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 desk-side and remote IT support.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Active Directory, AVD, SCCM, BitLocker, and Intune issues.
• Perform software installation, hardware troubleshooting, imaging, patching, and configuration.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, thin clients, and network connectivity.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and activities in ServiceNow.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with procurement tracking.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with Federal/DoD IT security policies.
• Handle sensitive/classified information appropriately.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field and/or 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Government/Federal IT support experience preferred.
• Strong experience with:
  • Windows 10/11
  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft 365
  • ServiceNow
  • SharePoint
• Experience supporting hardware, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Active Secret Clearance required to start.
• CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification preferred.
