Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting production scheduling and HR systems that enhance user experience and deliver value to our global workforce. You'll collaborate across teams to align technical solutions with business opportunities, ensuring system health and sustainability.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide analytical support for global HR system processes, focusing on plant shift scheduling capabilities.
• Ensure day-to-day operational support of HR systems.
• Troubleshoot issues using Indeavor functional expertise and identify solutions.
• Consult on global HR systems, data, and processes to identify impacts and constraints.
• Collaborate with business partners to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Deliver prioritized initiatives through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization.
• Develop technical documentation and communicate system changes to users of varying technical knowledge.
• Advocate for HR solutions and inform on new trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CIS (Computer Information Systems) or MIS (Management Information Systems) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting/delivering complex IT solutions.
• Experience with configuring and supporting Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications.
• Understanding of integrations between Time and Attendance/schedule software.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into specifications.
• Strong analytical, design, and support skills for data, processes, and technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Effective critical thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferences

• Experience with Infor WFM or similar applications like Shiftboard or Infor Client.
• Experience in Reporting & Analytics.
