What You'll Do:

• Partner with our corporate HQ to ensure seamless IT services
• Lead day-to-day operations, resolving IT infrastructure, network, and system challenges.
• Manage the organization's complete IT infrastructure, ensuring robust security and efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions that increase productivity and enhance security across the company.
• Drive key initiatives toward CMMC and ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring full compliance.
• Design and implement security policies that meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to maintain network continuity and secure infrastructure across time zones.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record of managing IT departments and enterprise-level operations.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Knowledge of NIST, DIAD, and ICD guidance, with hands-on experience in cybersecurity incidents, remediation, and compliance.
• Certifications: Strong background in achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification and CMMC compliance.
• Technical Leadership: Experience designing IT architectures and networks in secure environments and leading IT support teams.
• Security Focus: Familiarity with network security, RMF, cross-domain solutions, and COMSEC.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot physical layer issues (workstations, printers, etc.).
• Visionary Thinking: A forward-thinking leader with the ability to architect long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Certifications: Must hold a current IAT Level III certification.
