| Position Purpose: Responsible for creating user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and optimizing existing user interface designs for applications. Tests for intuitively and experience, develops technical and business requirements related to user experience, and strives to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions that enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility for the end user of applications. Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science). Requires 4 6 years of related experience. We are responsible for crafting the written copy for web & mobile sites and applications, used by members, providers, and partners. We are a very diverse & collaborative team that encourages creativity and accessibility in everything we produce. This is not part of a larger initiative. This is for a Senior Content Designer, title does not exist in workday or Beeline so senior UX title selected. As a Senior Content Designer, you will lead the development and execution of content strategy, delivering high-impact content. You ll collaborate with cross-functional partners like designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define technical and business requirements, design engaging experiences, and ensure quality control. By leveraging GenAI technology and innovative approaches, you'll create and enhance customer experiences across web, mobile, and chat platforms for high-visibility initiatives. | |||
| Typical Day in the Role | ||||
| Content designers will work with stakeholders, product designers, and user researchers to create the best experience possible for our users through general site copy, navigation terms, explanatory instructions, and calls to action. We are responsible for representing Centene s established brand, voice, and tone guidelines as well as ensuring we meet readability & accessibility regulations at the state level. We work alongside designers in visual wireframes and mockups to represent the content for a page. We also create separate copy documents that include reading grade level assessments for market & state review as needed. Our team is also responsible for creating and updating our writing style guide as an extension of Centene s brand guidelines.
