Software Analyst - Full Stack / AI

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Analyst to develop and support modern engineering and data-driven applications. This position combines frontend development, Python backend development, cloud infrastructure, data technologies, and applied AI/ML.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the full application stack, developing new features, supporting existing applications, and working with cloud-based systems and large datasets. Hands-on experience applying LLMs, RAG, or AI agents within real-world applications is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhancements for existing full-stack applications

• Build modern frontend functionality using React, Vite, HTML, and CSS

• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI, with Rust exposure beneficial

• Develop and support data-intensive applications using Databricks, Spark, SQL, and MongoDB

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services

• Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Terraform

• Work with authentication and security technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC

• Develop or support applications incorporating LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI agents

• Support AI/ML applications used to predict engineering simulation results

• Maintain backend data applications that provide information for business and engineering insights

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing production applications

Technical Skills

Frontend: React, Vite, HTML/CSS

Backend: Python, FastAPI, Rust

Data: Databricks, Spark, SQL, MongoDB

Cloud/Infrastructure: AWS EC2, S3, ECR, RDS, IAM, VPC, Docker, Kubernetes

DevOps/CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform

Security/Authentication: SAML, OAuth, OIDC

AI/ML: LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, AI agents

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with React and Python

• Hands-on experience developing APIs with FastAPI

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native/containerized applications

• Experience with Databricks, Spark, SQL, or similar data technologies

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting existing production applications

• Understanding of modern CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices

• Applied AI/ML experience, particularly with LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or agentic AI

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

$70-$76/hr W2, based on experience and qualifications, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Work Location

This position is 100% onsite in Moline, IL.
