Infrastructure Civil Designer

We're looking for a Civil Designer to help bring infrastructure projects to life, creating designs that support the communities where we live and work.

In this role, you'll work alongside engineers, surveyors, and project teams to develop plans for roads, utilities, drainage systems, and other infrastructure improvements. From initial concepts to construction-ready plans, you'll play an important role in turning ideas into projects that make a lasting impact. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll help bring infrastructure projects to life by creating designs that support the communities we serve. Along the way, you'll:

• Prepare civil engineering drawings and design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.

• Develop grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and site plans under the guidance of licensed engineers.

• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to turn design concepts into construction-ready plans.

• Review survey data, design details, and project requirements to ensure accurate, high-quality work.

• Support projects from initial design through construction while managing deadlines and multiple priorities.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in civil engineering or design is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

• Familiarity with or an interest in learning civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, CivilStorm, or HEC-RAS.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized across multiple projects.

• A collaborative mindset, good communication skills, and an interest in infrastructure design projects.
