We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise networks, configure firewalls, and support network security. Candidates should have strong networking skills and CCNA or CCNP certification.
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
Install and manage Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, and FortiGate firewalls.
Monitor network performance and resolve complex connectivity issues.
Implement network security updates and vulnerability remediation.
Support routing, switching, LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center networks.
Manage network incidents, configuration changes, and technical documentation.
Develop infrastructure solutions, project plans, cost estimates, and technical recommendations.
Participate in on-call support and provide technical guidance to team members

Qualifications:
7+ years of enterprise network operations experience.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
Hands-on experience with IPAM-DDI solutions.
Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, or FortiGate firewalls.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, MPLS, wireless networking, and network security.
Experience with network monitoring tools such as Splunk or SolarWinds.
Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills.
Must live within 50 miles of Bridgman, MI, and work onsite
Must be eligible and willing to convert to permanent employment without sponsorship.
