Position: Infrastructure, Platform & Systems Engineers (High-Performance & Distributed Systems)
Location: New York / London / U.S.
Compensation: ~$200K – $1M+ depending on level

What You’ll Work On
- Designing and optimizing distributed systems and infrastructure
- Working on low-latency, high-throughput environments
- Building and maintaining Linux-based systems and cloud/on-prem infra
- Improving system performance across compute, networking, and storage
- Developing tooling for monitoring, reliability, and automation
- Supporting large-scale research, trading, and data platforms
Role Variations
Includes multiple tracks:
- Platform / Infrastructure Engineers (distributed systems, performance)
- Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) (scalability, observability, uptime)
- Systems Engineers (Linux / HPC / Networking)
- Data & Market Infrastructure Leads (data pipelines, vendor systems)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in systems engineering or infrastructure
- Experience with Linux, distributed systems, or cloud platforms
- Programming in Python, Go, Rust, or C++
- Understanding of networking, storage, and system performance
- Experience with production systems at scale
- Bonus: low-latency or high-performance computing experience
