What Youll Do:- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications on molds- Operate milling, grinding, and CNC machines for tooling support- Identify and fix mold-related issues during production runs- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for tooling improvement
What Were Looking For:- 5+ years of experience in mold tooling or mold maintenance- Hands-on ability to disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds- Familiar with steel types, cooling systems, and mold structures
Preferred:- Experience with automotive interior molds- Bilingual in English or Spanish- Knowledge of Mexico-based production standards
