Injection Molding Mechanic

Work Schedule: 2nd shift (3:30 PM - Midnight) /Monday - Friday

Overview:
The position of Injection Molding Mechanic is responsible for maintenance and repair in the Injection Molding Department . This position will include all troubleshooting and repairs, Mechanical and Electrical. This position will also be responsible for the preventive maintenance of the equipment to ensure proper running conditions.

Duties:
 Perform preventive Maintenance tasks.
 Troubleshooting and repair of machinery
 Document all work on a PC based Maintenance Program
 Identify opportunities for equipment performance improvements.
 Work with department supervision to maximize uptime and efficiency of the Department.



Qualifications:
 3 years" experience in an Injection Molding environment
 3 years" experience in mechanical and electrical
 Ability to read electrical schematics proficiently
 Ability to read Hydraulic schematics proficiently
 Work with minimal supervision
 Great Troubleshooting skills
 Good written and verbal communication skills
 Good computer skills
 Must have the ability to read and write in English
