Injection Molding Processor

We’re looking for a hands-on Injection Molding Processor who takes pride in setting up, troubleshooting, and keeping production running at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, take ownership on the floor, and grow their technical skillset in a fast-paced molding environment.

What you’ll do:

• Set up and start injection molding machines for production runs
• Perform mold changes and machine setup (mold setting, startup, shut down)
• Troubleshoot process issues and adjust parameters to hold quality and cycle targets
• Support R&D runs, new tool trials, and complex or challenging molds
• Work closely with maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues quickly
• Monitor part quality and make real-time process adjustments
• Help drive improvements in scrap, uptime, and overall efficiency
• Follow all safety and standard work procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Injection molding processing, setup, or mold setting experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability on presses and tooling issues
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Exposure to complex tooling or R&D work is a plus
• A hungry, hands-on operator mindset who wants to grow and take ownership
• Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed
