Position Overview- Job Title: Injection Molding Technician- Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent- Work Location: Ciudad Juárez, Mexico (near the El Paso, Texas border)
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor injection molding machines- Perform mold changes and set injection parameters- Monitor production process and ensure product quality- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance- Troubleshoot and resolve issues occurring during the molding process
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience- Understanding of molds and injection molding process conditions- Willingness to work night shifts or rotating shifts is a plus- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., mold tooling, equipment maintenance)- Experience operating LS Mtron and Woojin equipment is a plus- Must be eligible for overseas relocation
Work Conditions- Working Hours: Monday to Friday- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
