Process Technician role. Injection molding experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and machine setup experience.
3rd shift: 11:00p - 7:30a, Sunday - Thursday
OT on Fri/Sat if scheduled
DT on Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to optimize quality and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform mold changes, machine setups, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with machine setup, manufacturing equipment, or injection molding preferred.
- Plastic injection molding or process technician experience is a strong plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
