    Position Overview

    Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to join Valley View in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing inpatient pharmacy operations while supporting clinical pharmacy services to ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

    The Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will lead and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, manage operational workflows, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare leadership to optimize medication management across the hospital. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $149,000 to $224,000 annually based on experience, along with the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative clinical environment.

    Required Qualifications

    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.

    • Active pharmacist license in the state of Colorado.

    • 5–7 years of professional pharmacy experience.

    • Hospital pharmacy experience required; rural hospital experience strongly preferred.

    • Demonstrated leadership in both pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy services.

    • Experience managing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

    • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical decision-making, and patient safety standards.

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Epic Willow Inpatient experience strongly preferred.

    • Strong communication, teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
