The Inside Account Manager is responsible for increasing sales by establishing, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs, and applying expert guidance to provide them with the appropriate products. Potential commissioned pay after one year.On the first of the month after 60 days:Health and wellness benefits eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, company-paid short/long term disability, life insurance, and moreGenerous Paid Time OffEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementMaintain and build relationships by contacting customers, establishing buying cycles, and presenting new productsApply knowledge of the industry and product features to complement and add to existing customers' catalogAssess performance of portfolio and develop strategies based on customer purchase patternsDetermine and execute price schedules and discount ratesCollaborate with other departments to track orders and follow up on past due paymentsSolicit customer feedback to improve service and address needsIdentify Leads and Prospect for New BusinessAnswer inbound sales lead calls, respond to inquiries, and convert to salesProvide information, quotes, and credit terms to new clientsPrepare sales and budgeting information to determine price schedules and discount ratesCustomer ServiceRespond promptly to customer requests, not limited to field support calls, product specification inquiries, price and lead times, and issue resolutionInvestigate and resolve delivery or product problems in a professional, empathetic mannerUtilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to track activity, keep commitments and maintain customer contactTeamwork and CollaborationCoordinate efforts with Production and Warehouse Teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelinesCollaborate with the Marketing Team to facilitate new programs and product offeringsAssist and mentor new Inside Account Managers and Sales Support SpecialistsAdditional Duties as AssignedOther duties as needed per locationQualifications and CompetenciesExcellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and negotiate with clientsStrong Microsoft Office and Excel skillsPossess self-motivation and strong work ethic, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficientlyMust pass a background check and urine drug screenEducation and Experience3-5 years of sales experience, generating leads and closing salesBachelors' degree in a relevant field, preferredWater Quality Association (WQA) Certification or equivalent industry knowledge, preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
