About the Role: Join our dynamic team at Performance Tire and Service as an Inside Counter Sales representative! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking tire and service solutions, providing exceptional service and expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with tire selection and service recommendations.
Manage sales transactions and process payments accurately.
Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management.
Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries effectively.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize point-of-sale systems to track sales and customer data.
Promote special offers and upsell additional services.
Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of tires and automotive services.
